As a small startup, we strive to ensure fast shipping. However, since our products are made to order, stock is limited for certain items. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, with a maximum lead time of 14 business days.
Shipping times are:
- Denmark: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
In the event of unexpected delays that significantly extend delivery time, we will contact you with updates.

FAQ
Yes! We use a method called FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication), where heated bio-polymer filament is layered to form the object.
This process can result in tiny layer lines and variations, giving each piece its own unique character – a hallmark of modern, sustainable manufacturing.
We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant based biodegradable polymer derived from corn or sugar cane, and wood-based PLA mixed with sawdust from industrial waste.
Some of our materials are even fully recycled in collaboration with Dutch company Reflow, with only 2-3% virgin PLA. Look for the “circular logo” on product pages for fully recycled content.
Yes, our PLA material can be recycled and transformed into new filament or products. While PLA is biodegradable, this process is most effective in industrial composting facilities. In natural environments, bio-degradation can occur but may take longer.
To minimize waste, we encourage you to follow local disposal guidelines. Whenever possible, consider passing the product on for reuse or opting for professional recycling services to give it a second life as new material.
Our production is powered entirely by sustainable energy from Danish wind farms.
We encourage you to opt for renewable energy sources with your local provider.
We recycle prototypes and failed prints with the help of Recyclingfabrik, which turns them into new filament.
This ensures minimal waste in our production process, helping to reduce our environmental footprint.
We produce in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We keep limited stock, primarily producing on demand. This avoids unnecessary storage and prevents overproduction, a key benefit of 3D printing technology.
Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid warm water or heat, as PLA is sensitive to high temperatures. Our products are not surface-treated to simplify recycling, so handle with care.
Please avoid excessive UV-light. Outdoor use is not permitted.
Yes, our bulbs are Zigbee 3.0 compatible, meaning they work with systems like Philips Hue, Ikea Trådfri, Innr and more.
– Do not use an external (physical) dimmer on the smart bulbs as these are not designed for this. –
Getting Started with Your Smart Remote
You’ll be up and running in less than a minute!
- Open the lid on the back of the remote.
- Insert 2x AAA batteries.
- Hold the remote within 10 cm of the bulb.
- Press and hold the Connect button for approximately 10 seconds.
- When the bulb blinks, the connection is complete.
Using the Remote
- Turn the bulb ON: Press the large bulb symbol.
- Turn the bulb OFF: Press the small bulb symbol.
- Adjust brightness:
- Hold the large bulb symbol to increase brightness.
- Hold the small bulb symbol to decrease brightness.
- Change color temperature: Use the left and right arrows.
Want to Connect Another Lamp?
Simply repeat the connection steps for each additional lamp. You can connect up to 10 lamps to a single remote and control them all at once!

We prioritize high-quality lighting, with most of our bulbs having a CRI/Ra rating of 90+, closely mimicking natural sunlight. This ensures accurate, pleasant lighting without odd color tones.
Absolutely. Our lamps support e14 /e27 /Gu10 sockets, but please ensure the bulb doesn’t exceed 8 watts and has the proper size.
Only use LED bulbs, as PLA can’t handle excessive heat.
Our pendant and table lamps come with 2m cords, with table lamps including an on/off switch placed ca. 50cm from the lamp.

Our pendant lights are designed to provide flexibility, allowing you to select a canopy that best suits your space or installation needs. Many customers prefer a specific canopy style, while others install the pendant in light tracks or existing setups where a canopy isn’t needed.
By not including a canopy, we help reduce material use and minimize waste from unnecessary components – contributing to a more sustainable product that fits your unique space and style.
Yes, custom materials, sizes, cords, and colors are possible for bulk orders.
