FlowForm accepts payments via PayPal.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.
We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Pricing

If a product price is clearly incorrect and the customer could reasonably have noticed this, FlowForm is not obligated to provide the product at the erroneous price.

All prices displayed include 25% Danish VAT.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all European Union countries.

As a small startup, we strive to ensure fast shipping. However, since our products are made to order, stock is limited for certain items. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, with a maximum lead time of 14 business days.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • Denmark: 2-4 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days

In the event of unexpected delays that significantly extend delivery time, we will contact you with updates.

Delivery Delays and Force Majeure

If delivery is delayed or prevented due to war, mobilization, labor disputes, government intervention, operational disruptions, or other force majeure events, whether these occur at FlowForm or FlowForm’s suppliers/subcontractors, FlowForm reserves the right to postpone the delivery time as necessary.

A similar postponement of the delivery time will also occur in the event of bankruptcy or similar financial difficulties with FlowForm’s suppliers or subcontractors.

FlowForm is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances, or for any other reason for the exceeding or postponement of the delivery time.

The buyer is only entitled to cancel the agreement due to delays, if it exceeds more than one month, and if FlowForm is also entitled to cancel the agreement with its suppliers.

FlowForm reserves the right to make partial deliveries and early deliveries.

Products and 3D Printing Process

Our products are 3D-printed using plant-based, sustainable materials, combining innovative technology with eco-friendly practices. Each piece is uniquely crafted, ensuring no two are exactly alike.

Visible layer lines are a natural result of the 3D printing process and, in some designs, are intentionally embraced as part of the aesthetic, highlighting the product’s origins and craftsmanship. These variations, including occasional small surface marks or irregularities, are inherent to the process and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.

Minor differences in color, texture, and surface quality may also occur, adding to the authenticity and originality of each product. We take great care to ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and functionality, providing you with a beautiful and distinctive piece for your space.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This means you may request to cancel your purchase and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, no questions asked.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused,
  • In the same condition as when you received it, and
  • In its original packaging with tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at shop@flowform.design.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If your order has been sent to a pick-up location, and you have not claimed the package within the time period communicated by the shipping company, we have the right to charge and invoice you for our shipping costs to you, and from you, plus a handling fee of DKK 150 or EUR 20.

Please note that refusing delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation of your order. You are still liable for any return shipping costs and handling fees as outlined above.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Note: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal care items. Please contact us if you are unsure about the return eligibility of your product.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty in line with Danish consumer law, covering material defects and manufacturing errors. Depending on the case, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or handling of the product.

Please make warranty claims within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. FlowForm will cover return shipping costs when applicable.

Right of Complaint

As per Danish law, customers have the right to submit complaints regarding defects or deficiencies in products received. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than two years from the delivery date. If you experience any issues with a product purchased from our webshop, please contact us at shop@flowform.design, and we will guide you through the process to resolve the matter promptly.
